Yes. We accept product imports via CSV or Excel. If you have an existing product catalogue — even a messy one — send it to us and our onboarding team will clean it up and load it into your account. For dealer networks with standard products (e.g. DStv packages), we often have your catalogue pre-configured already.

Your data belongs to you, always. If you cancel, you have 90 days to export everything — sales history, inventory records, audit trails, and staff data — in CSV or PDF format. After 90 days, your data is securely deleted from our servers in line with our retention policy. We will never sell your data or hold it hostage.

BranchOS is a web application that is fully optimised for mobile browsers — your CSRs can log sales from any smartphone without installing anything. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on our roadmap for Q3 2026. In the meantime, adding BranchOS to your home screen on any phone gives a near-native experience.

Our Starter plan covers 1 branch. The Growth plan covers up to 3 branches — perfect for the most common dealer network size in Nigeria. If you have more than 3 branches, our Enterprise plan is priced to scale and includes a dedicated account manager. All plans are flat monthly fees — there are no per-transaction charges, per-user fees, or surprise add-ons.
