BranchOS was born out of frustration — the kind that comes from watching a perfectly good business bleed cash because its reporting lives in a WhatsApp group.
Dealer networks across Africa are run by smart, hardworking people — not by broken technology. Our mission is to replace the chaos of group chats, spreadsheets and guesswork with clarity, accountability, and real-time control — so every branch owner can run a tighter ship without working harder.
Every sale, every movement of stock, every clock-in is recorded and visible to the right people. No hidden corners. No end-of-day surprises. When your data is transparent, trust stops being an assumption and starts being verifiable.
We believe people perform better when they know their contribution is seen. BranchOS gives managers the data to recognise top performers and address problems early — before they become costly habits. Accountability is not surveillance; it's fairness.
Complexity is the enemy of adoption. We build for the CSR who has never used business software, and for the CEO who needs answers on their phone during a meeting. If it takes more than two taps, we rethink it.
Before BranchOS, our co-founders Festus and Tunde were deep in the weeds of running a 6-branch electronics dealership in Lagos. The business was growing. The problems were growing faster.
Every evening, Festus would send a message to six branch managers: "Send today's numbers." Some replied at 8pm. Some at 11pm. One forgot entirely. By the time the master Excel sheet was updated, it was midnight — and nobody was confident the numbers were right.
A stock discrepancy worth ₦840,000 went undetected for three weeks. By the time anyone noticed, the trail was cold. That evening, Festus called Tunde — a software engineer who'd been watching the chaos from a polite distance — and said: "We need to build this ourselves."
Tunde spent six months building the first version in evenings and weekends while Festus mapped out every workflow, every edge case, every moment where their old system broke. They knew this problem from the inside out — and they built the solution from the inside out too.
BranchOS now powers dealer networks across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and beyond. The WhatsApp group still exists — but now it's just for celebrating milestone sales days.
We're operators turned builders. We understand your business because we've managed one.

Full-stack engineer with over a decade building enterprise software. Tunde designed the BranchOS architecture to be simple enough for a first-time software user and robust enough for a 20-branch enterprise. He writes every line of the core platform.
Product designer with roots in fintech and retail operations. Amara runs our onboarding process, conducts user research with dealers, and is the person who makes sure that if your CSR can use a WhatsApp group, they can use BranchOS.
